BIBLEThe students will be taught biblical doctrine, including lessons such as, Genesis, the life of Christ and His salvation, the God-head, and relational expectations for the Christian to God and others.
HISTORY
The main focus is California studies including geography and history up to the present day.
LANGUAGE
They are taught the writing process and continue their studies in grammar. The writing process includes, sentence structure, punctuation, letters, study skills, and creative writing. They will also learn to recognize and use all eight parts of speech and diagramming.
MATH
Students continue to master the fundamental operations as they learn new concepts such as, estimation, procedures dealing with fractions, and divisibility rules. They are also introduced to decimals, basic geometric shapes and problems, and equation solving.
SCIENCE
Fourth grade science is a great overview of God's wonderful creation. They study plants, animals, matter, energy, earth, and space.
