BIBLEStudents use scripture to identify God's wisdom for life's circumstances. Students study the character traits needed for Christian discipleship.
HISTORY
Students focus on world history, using God's plan of redemption to lead students through the centuries from Creation to the birth of Christ and then follow mankind's response to the Savior since He came.
A geography study of each continent, helping the students locate political and geographical features around the world.
LANGUAGE
This course concentrates on writing and grammar. One research paper is prepared with an emphasis on the process, including note taking, using note cards, outlining, formal report writing, writing a bibliography, and documentation.
Literature. This course concentrates on exposing students to well-written, character-building literature. Both vocabulary building and spelling are developed throughout the course.
MATH
Students are taught the basic skills of mathematical computation. They are instructed in measurement, graphs, statistics, and probability. Basic business math is introduced. Algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and scientific notation are included in the course. Math is a rule-governed activity which stresses the absolutes of God's creation.
SCIENCE
Students learn the structure of the universe, man's relationship to that structure and basic physics.
